Do not share accounts or use another person’s account.

Users who can interact with available ad tasks based on eligibility and platform rules.
Advertisers who can create and manage campaigns and pay for user engagement.
We may update how features work, add/remove features, or adjust limits for safety, quality, and business reasons.
By using AdovaPay as a user, you agree:
You will only complete tasks honestly and as intended.
You will not use bots, scripts, VPN abuse, click farms, automation, or any method designed to manipulate engagement.
You will not create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, referrals, or limits.
You will not attempt to bypass the system, exploit bugs, or interfere with platform performance.
If we detect abuse, we may withhold rewards, reverse balances, disable referral benefits, or suspend/ban the account.
By using AdovaPay as an advertiser, you agree:
Your ads and landing pages must be lawful and must not promote scams, misleading claims, fake opportunities, or prohibited content.
Your landing pages must not contain malware, harmful downloads, or deceptive redirects.
You are responsible for the content you promote and for complying with all laws in your region.
We may reject, pause, or remove campaigns that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the platform.
Deposits are used to fund platform services (e.g., campaigns or paid access features).
Payment processing may involve third-party gateways. Your transactions may be subject to their terms as well.
Some fees may apply depending on the payment method, currency, or processing route. Any fees will be displayed before you confirm payment where possible.
Notice: Some deposit transactions may appear as processed by SKYCORE HOST. SKYCORE HOST is a trademark/brand used for processing and operations support.
Earnings are based on eligible actions completed successfully under platform rules.
We may review activity for fraud checks before confirming balances.
We may correct or reverse balances caused by errors, abuse, duplicated crediting, or policy violations.
Withdrawals are processed based on your account status, verification requirements, and platform rules.
We may set minimum withdrawal limits, maximum limits, processing windows, and review checks.
Crypto-only withdrawals: For speed and global accessibility, withdrawals are processed via supported crypto networks (e.g., USDT TRC20/BEP20) as displayed in your dashboard.
You are responsible for providing the correct wallet address. Transactions sent to the wrong address cannot be reversed.
Referral rewards may be available depending on your plan and referral settings.
Referrals must be real, unique users. Abuse (fake accounts, self-referrals, automation) may result in removal of bonuses and account restrictions.
We reserve the right to adjust referral rates/levels and eligibility to protect the platform.
To protect users and prevent abuse, we may:

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms or related policies,
Your activity is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful,
Required verification is not completed when requested.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
AdovaPay provides a platform service “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee specific earnings, advertiser results, or campaign performance.
Results may vary depending on campaign quality, user eligibility, region, and platform limits.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
AdovaPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the previous period (or a reasonable cap allowed by law).
These Terms are governed by the laws of UK/US unless otherwise required by applicable law.
